Great group of coaches and athletes, dedicated parking and a great crossfit facility.
Great gym overall and good variety of machines.
Great work out. Put me in better shape than I was 20 years ago. I increased my stamina and toned. It’s hard work though.
I have been a member for 5 years. The gym has offered anything one can need : equipment, convenient hours, variety of classes and most importantly - knowledgeable trainers!!!!nHighly recommended!
Aikido Center of Dover offers friendly and authentic experience of Japanese modern budo of Aikido. Taitel Sensei is caring, skillful and knowledgeable Aikido instructor for many years. For those who interested in, I encourage you to visit the dojo, observe and speak to her in person.
