It's my favourite when I try to get my tax return from 2018. I have been trying for about 3 times if not more from the middle of 2019. I now am asked to fill out an additional form when I was informed that the return was being sent to the correct location. Needless to say, it is the government and one shouldn't expect it to function well.

These guys are great. Super awesome stuff. Congress- give them a bigger budget so that they can do more great work!

Have not received my refund due to a random mail audit and now their office is closed for calling. The irs says they cant help because it is the office job and now im out of a home, thanks
