Gencarelli's

Ordered today 4/3/2021 @ approximately 4:20. We ordered a large white pie with spinach when we received it was apparent the pizza was not freshly made it was hard with raw spinach thrown on top.nWe also ordered for a appetizer fried ravioli , no where in the description did it say it was fried ravioli with mozzarella and tomatoes in a sauce. Diffently not what we ordered. Will not order there again.nIt was not what we expected. I understand the 3.5 rating.

As annwing-lover, the wings are beyond amazing! They have are super crispy outside and really juicy and tender inside. We highly recommend!!!! You will want to order at least a half of tray because they'll be done in a minute!nThe vodka sauce pizza is equally as awesome! The sauce is so creamy, we can't get enough!!nnGreat customer service, too!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I placed an order tonight at 5:50 and asked for it to be delivered at 8:00......9:30 and still not delivered. This is the 2nd time this happened, which is why I placed my order earlier. I have been going to Gencarelli’s for years but this is officially the last time I will order from them. There are many other pizzerias in Wayne that offer better service and food. If I could I would have given them a ZERO.

Great owner, always greatest, great staff, great food, fast service great prices. My program in my gps as a stop on my way home

Slow, took forever to get our food it arrived cold after waiting 2 hours. Wouldn't order from here ever again.
