Pro Edge is the best place for training Offensive & Defensive Lineman at middle school though college levels. I've had both my boys train there as well as recommend PE to dozens of people to eventually saw the same benefits for their young linemen.

My experience at pro edge has been extremely rewarding. The staff is knowledgable, friendly, and shows genuine interest in your goals. I have played sports all of my life, and have had a number of coaches and trainers, but none that really tailored workouts that met me where I was and also pushed me.nI am excited to continue my fitness journey here as I have found a new home.

Looking to improve your game? Pro Edge is the place for you. My son attends their OLine specialty training and their youth sports performance training and loves them both! Trainers are top notch!
