Jeremy is a great trainer knows the body and how to help athletes in various was with different training techniques sessions never get old with the same old stuff but you can see and feel your progression in all areas worked I would definitely recommend any and all age athletes to give elite a try you can’t help but get better

My daughter trained with walaa to prepare for her lacrosse season. Not only is she fully prepared for the season but she loved the training-Walaa was friendly, encouraging, and very knowledgeable. She loved every minute of every session. She actually said “I wish lacrosse wasn’t starting so I could just stay and train with Walaa”! Thank you for everything!!!
