Motives Movement

I signed up for a one-week trial just to ‘check it out.’ Three years later I’m in better shape at 40 than I was at 20. I started at my pace coming in 2-3x per week and now committed to 5x per week. Everyday is a new challenge. I’m stronger, more energetic and my mental acuity is sharper than ever. I’ve never had a more rewarding workout anywhere. There’s a lot to love about about Motives including the supportive coaches, state-of-the-art facility and friendly members. Thank you for being an important part of my life!

This place is great! Everyone is treated like family and the coaches take time to help you get better. If you have pain they always work around it and make sure you still get a great workout.

Mike Demarco, Tommy Mazzeo, and Joey Filiano, have changed my life! This is a gym that anyone can walk into and feel comfortable. The people are great, the equipment is great, the wod's are carefully planned and the coaches truly care about you and your fitness.
