If looking to lose weight and get a total body work out join CKO. The classes are great, fun and full of energy. I love that I can also release any stress when punching, kicking or pushing the bag. There are time that the bag has a face. L O L.

I was super excited to hear that a CKO Boxing would be opening up near me as I needed a break from the normal gym routine. Since I only heard great things about them, I was anxious to join! I signed up when they were having their pre-sale and received a free pair of boxing gloves. Great deal and their prices are much better than other kick-boxing facilities! The facility is clean, spacious, the trainers are awesome and they have flexible hours!! For the hour that you are in class, you get a great work-out, never boring or routine!!
