I highly recommend SPS. I tried them out when I was back in town visiting my family last week. Both the owner and the trainers were so warm and welcoming. The workouts change everyday and were effective. Its a great environment for anyone who is looking to get a good workout with friendly people. Unfortunately my trip ended earlier and i wasn't able to go back but I will def be back if in town again and recommend you try it out!

Awesome gym! 2 classes in and I already love it. Collis and the other coaches I met are fantastic (Joe and Caleb). Clean facility, friendly environment, and a great workout. Love it!

If you're looking to get your butt kicked & have fun while doing it ... SPS is it! You will never be bored with the various & creative workouts. The trainers are phenomenal; it's a family oriented environment, & they always have your best interest & safety in mind. & the gym is always super clean!!

Cannot say enough good things about SPS fit. I immediately got the sense that this was a place that fosters a family/community like atmosphere. They are educated, thoughtful, caring yet demanding in just the right way; they ask for and expect your best.nnThe programs are well thought out and versatile.
