Play Big Zone

My children had an amazing time! We went with a group of various-aged children (2-12 years) and they all enjoyed! Staff was super courteous! It got really busy while we were there (it was during spring break) and staff was calm, helpful and friendly throughout it all! We are looking forward to going back here!

I want to give Play Big Zone a huge thank you for hosting my little brothers Birthday Party! They created a safe play environment for our guests. The flying cotton candy is a game changer,the kids loved it. A great job from start to finish. The staff was extremely attentive and made sure everyone was safe. The games were all amazing from the amazing race to the huge in person foosball as well as the arcade games. The food was great. A huge shoutout to the staff for making my little brothers birthday amazing. I will be recommending them to all of my friends.

The staff was excellent. Place was very clean. I can't say enough about the staff, they constantly were with my two grandsons, cheering them on, and encouraging them. I will definitely be back. Thank you again

Had a duel bday boy celebration here with all the kids from my son's daycare class. From the moment i spoke to Lilly on the phone (and i called several times! Lol) to the day of celebration, Lilly was understanding, accommodating, responsive, and eager to answer questions and help with the process. The facility was clean, staff was eager to help, asked questions to clarify things, Lilly even threw us a cotton candy show! All the parents were impressed, and even had fun with the kids! I've raved to everyone about this place! We can't wait to go back for some scheduled play! Thanks Lilly for everything!
