Skye Yoga Studio

After my first session I was completely impressed. As someone who never had done an actual yoga class before, the instructor made me feel like I did. She added a great touch of mindfulness and honestly some self exploration. The location was so clean and friendly. Definitely recommend anyone looking to try out yoga, mindfulness or honestly just to learn something about themselves. The owner is really great too. She took time to help me pick which class would be great to start with. I will definitely be returning.

I had tried yoga before and felt it was too strenuous for me until I tried Skye Yoga. Cara the owner is very encouraging. The instructors let you work at your own level regardless of being a beginner. I really enjoy the classes for my mind and body. Highly recommend.

Lovely decor, great teachers, clean and welcoming. It's a great little place.
