Banking started alright however as I used my mobile app I repeatedly get locked out of my account. So I call they tell me to reset my password. I have done it three times and it continues to keep me out of my account by telling me I do not have an account and asking if I want to enroll. I have made sure my account number is right as well as each of the new passwords.... its not a user defect its a system defect one same because they have not yet fixed this problem and because I get the toss around when it comes to asking for help

America First has been my banking institute since I was in high school, I love this place! The app is amazing and user friendly and their customer service is exceptional too. Well, for the most part. Recently I applied to get pre approved for a car loan through them and I thought it was going to be a rather quick process since it was just a pre approval. But since I applied, I was the one having to reach out to customer service to see the status of my loan. And time and time again, I had to call them and they would request information they already had but said they needed. They told me I would be contacted by a loan officer every time I got off the phone with them. It has been 5 days since I have heard from anyone.
Bekah and her team crushed it! Such a great customer experience. They took care of me and all spent the time with me I needed. They were awesome! They were super nice and courteous. Enjoyed my experience!
Love the Draper Branch. They are kind, fun and easy to work with. I won't bank anywhere else.
