This is the first time I ever wrote a review about a restaurant. I occasionally order from Luna and the slices are pretty good. Tonight I ordered the chicken bacon Alfredo slice (which is something I occasionally get)and OMGosh it was stale. The pizza taste like it was leftover pizza for a couple days. I spent $11 plus dollars for slices I could not finish at all. I will not be returning to Luna anymore. Very disappointed.
Food was delivered pretty cold and would not recommend the pan pizza. The pan pizza was far more undercooked than a pan pizza should be, looked like it was taken out of the oven right when the cheese melted, but no more than that. Wings were ok but also cold, had to be warmed up. Delivery driver was nice.
Every time I call here they are so rude and refuse to accommodate their customers. We ask for things that are literally listed on the menu and they so no we don’t have that. Will never call here again. It’s a shame because their food is decent but their customer service is terrible. Do not recommend.
The fact that Luna charged a 3.8% fee for paying over the phone with a credit card, WITHOUT advising me, is NOT good practice. Obviously, Luna does NOT believe in transparency. Won't be going to Luna, anymore, since the owner made no attempt to rectify my complaint. Would have paid cash to avoid a 3.8% markup.
Delivery went smoothly I had the honeybbg chicken wings n a spinach pinwheel loved both I'd definitely order from there again
