Vitos Auto Locksmith

I called, at 8:30pm and was told the price would be $70 to come out and unlock the door and they would be there in 20 mins. No one came until 10:45 and then the tech told me it was $220 to unlock the door. I called the company and told them i refused to pay $220. They lowered the price to $150 to open the door but that was still double the price. This place is a scam. Do not use.

Called to get key made for a VW they said they would come in 20min they never showed I called after an hour and they said oh sorry we have no one available couldn't even call to let me know a major waste of time

Zero stars.nApparently Vitos is the same scam place as Eltingville Auto Locksmith. Different numbers. Same inept rude clueless people. The addresses posted for these places are false.nI know this because I drove to one of the addresses while ON HOLD!! Never showed up. Never called. I was on hold for a total of three hours. Next stop is the BBB. I have plenty to share with them. Avoid these scammers.

I found Vitos Auto Locksmith on Google and called, was answered punctually and he was at my business in less than 30 minutes. He gave me two services and prices and let me choose what I wanted to do devoid of trying to sell me on something. The work came out flawlessly!
