Excellent staff, pristine equipment, flexible hours. Everyone remembers your name, it feels like a second home. The workout classes are really effective and they do a great job of keeping you motivated. You WILL definitely feel the burn. Best gym I’ve been to.

Simply, Sal Toner's FC Chaos Boxing Gym is AMAZING. I am and have been a member of many gyms, and I can confidently say that FC is one of the best. Whether you're a novice or an expert, whether you're just looking to get in shape or you're training to compete, FC caters to it all and Sal will make sure you hit your goals. AND they have a ridiculously awesome facility. With all of that said, one of their best features is the amazing community; you feel like part of the family right from the get-go. Sal and the FC staff truly go above and beyond for anyone and everyone that steps inside the gym. I HIGHLY recommend giving them a shot. You'll be hooked. No pun intended.
