Monique the "Branch Manager" was extremely rude to another customer during my whole visit. I was able to hear the entire conversation, and all of the customer's (valid, calm, and well-stated) questions were returned with snappy, unhelpful, and all-around rude answers. I am very glad it wasn't her assisting me. I also hope she isn't really a branch manager, because she definitely does not merit that title.
This is a neighborhood branch, much less foot traffic and its easily accessed off the main road. I have been able to get to know some of the staff because its more quaint than the popular main branch locals.
I did not sign up for overdraft protection, and stated to you that if I did not have the funds available you are to always decline it! Why then did you just pay for me a bill that sent me in the negatives?
The bankers here are very helpful, quick and friendly!
They always go the extra mile with customer service. I feel really welcomed here.
