Crunch Fitness - North Brunswick

NEVER JOIN THIS GYM. UNPROFESSIONAL. RUDE. When you join everyone will be happy to welcome you. But when you want to cancel or put your account on hold. They give all possible run around. They ask you to speak to the manager who is never in the GYM. Furthermore, they give all excuse, .. he just stepped .out, ... not here today. They asked to email the cancellation letter which I did but they continue to charge. I had to change my card number to have them not charge me. You have to take a day off to cancel the membership.

I joined a few months ago. Happy I did. I checked a couple clubs in the area. The manager is great. Staff is very friendly. It's clean. Price is good. Overall it's a great place to workout.

Excellent gym with super nice staff and managers. All machines are well maintained and staff is really attentive from mask mandate to weight racks.

I live in GA and took a northeast trip...Positive-this Crunch was open back in October, with a decent amount of equipment....Negative-older equipment(go to GA, FL, and CA Crunches to see how it should be) and a tad dirty, bathroom was scary. Overall happy I had a place to lift though!

This gym is filthy. It's so uncomfortable working out there. Its relatively new too, so how it got so disgusting in a short number of years is mind blowing. Most other crunch gyms are well maintained, but this one is straight up nasty. They were closed for 6 months, you'd think they would have used that time to clean and fix all the dirty and broken equipment, floors and walls, but nothing. I'd rather drive an extra 20 mins to another gym than go to this cesspool of filth.
