Moved to Toms River. Called and asked if i could cancel my, and my wife’s memberships. Was told no problem come in and you can do it. Drove all the way there, canceled mine no problem, but they refused to cancel my wife’s. I brought a signed and notarized letter with her cancellation request (she’s pregnant and can’t leave the house) and was told she needs to come in person or mail the letter.nnShould have said that when i called.. thanks a lot CHRIS!!!

Well i will not be returning here! How do you require cloth mask and not the disposable ones. Good luck with that! because working out in a cloth mask is very hard to do.

Been coming for several months now & this is by far one of the cleanest Planet Fitness! Staff is always friendly and inside is always clean.

PF Black Card member for several years. Work schedule only allows for late night visits. When will the club return to 24 hour operation?? I have asked this several times since the reopening, and no one there has been able to answer this simple question.

Changing my star status. I have been coming to this gym for over 5 years. Starting this year during covid this gym is allowing females to walk around in sports bras, no shirts on. All while working out on gym equipment, sweat getting on the equipment from their backs and stomachs, ect.ect.. Then these same people do not wipe down equipment. That is disgusting and a huge way to spread Covid. No one is walking around sanitizing the equipment. No one is telling these people to put a shirt on. It's just straight up and down disgusting.
