Matt was so informative and friendly! Today will be my day one but the way he explained everything was extremely detailed and he was very motivated! So excited to start my classes here! Thank you again Matt, looking forward to it all!

I have nothing to say but great things about this gym and it’s staff. I joined in January 2019. The trainers I worked with are all very friendly as well as knowledgeable. The classes are a great and intense workout. Great for all levels. When I joined I was nervous because besides the occasional jog, I didn’t really work out consistently. The first few classes were exhausting, but also fun and motivating. I tend to not stick to gym routines because of boredom, but I promise you will never get bored here.nnMatt, the owner, handled COVID-19 so well and I always feel safe working out at this gym. If you have any doubts about joining this location, don’t. You won’t regret it! Thank you to Matt & his entire team!

If you want to get in a great workout, CKO in North Brunswick is the place to be. The trainers are motivating and knowledgeable. The members are truly a family. CKO North Brunswick is great. You can’t have a bad workout there; they tell you what to do for 60 minutes straight and it’s a lot of fun. All the trainers are high energy, and most know you by name. I never feel any pressure or judgment from the trainers or other members. CKONB is also being very careful during COVID-19; mopping between each class, taking temperatures upon entry, and reminding everyone to wear their masks. I definitely recommend it.
