Tarra is a great instructor with a very relaxing studio.

I took my first ever yoga class here and I couldn't be more grateful for that experience. What started as taking class one summer led to discovering a passion for wanting to share my love of yoga and become an instructor. I attended the teacher training program here and the knowledge and skills I gained are invaluable. This studio will forever be my yoga home.

Smart Asana Yoga definitely changed my life! I started with hot yoga for health reasons but soon found that to be more stressful for me, so I tried Smart Asana Yoga and haven't left since! I lost weight, increased muscle tone and flexibility, and have better posture. It takes practice but the teachers are so nice and willing to offer their expert advice or modification.

A perfect place to practice yoga, learn yoga and teach yoga. I have done my teacher training from here and i see how it has deepened my knowledge about yoga and my practice. My first yoga class was at Smart Asana 6 years ago. Now I’m practicing there three times a week. Tarra and all of the teachers focus on the details of a good yoga practice. Core strength, alignment and the best expression of the poses.
