Late delivery by an hour. No one speaks English. When the put a “manager” on to discuss the issue. He refused to provided his name and the malenhung up the phone on me . Decent food bad customer service. Will provide a further update if there is an issue with my food.n.
Ordered Huevo ranchero and the order was nothing like I would expect. I received soggy tortilla, drowned in red sauce. The main issue was, the added slice ham on the tortilla. I have never had huevo ranchero with sliced ham before. Since I do not eat Pork, and ham was not listed as a ingredient. The order was inedible and a waste. Missing other usual ingredients and the additional charge a paid for cheese was missing. Either list your entire ingredients or get the orders right. Sometimes ordering food togo or delivery sucks.
Ordered food from their website at 4:56pm. Called at 6:15 to see how much longer. They said they never received the order, and refused to issue a refund, even though I was charged. Restaurant never even bothered to offer to make the food.
Great meat flavor. The Al Pastor meat is delicious! They are very polite and accommodating. I will ordered again and again.
I loved their mexican foods.
