It's ok

The food is great and is always fresh and hot but if you order a milk shake skip the whip cream and get a flat top. I ordered a shake and it come with a dome top, I picked it up out of the holder and boom it squished all over my car. After about 20 wipes or so I went back in and they gave me a new shake which was so awesome. Thank You Team Shake Shack I will be back.

Great, delicious food. Unfortunately, waits are often long. At no fault of the employees, there's probably a lot of orders coming in, but it's still an annoying inconvenience. Make sure to order ahead on the app, but even then there was a time where I waited 20 minutes for a shake and it was only brought out because I asked for it. All this aside, every time I've ordered here, it's been accurate and tasty. My favorite menu items are the 'Shroom Burger, Cheese Fries, and I always make sure to get a seasonal shake.

Delicious fast food, innovative menu, easy ordering and pickup. Only thing that would make it better if it was drive thru pickup

My wife and I went here yesterday. we learned about them through a T-Mobile Tuesday promotion and it was a little slow but I can't blame them because of that same promotion. T-Mobile Tuesday brought them a lot of business! We had a slight problem with the app but they were very quick to help us. they are very friendly, courteous, professional, outstanding job. The shake was also amazing and I can't wait to go back!
