I had tried just one class with the owenr/spinning instructor Traci 2 years ago, I went back to cancel my old gym contract that same day. It is just that good. All the instructors are all very professional and pleasant here. I have been spinning here Every Single Day and still loving it here. The classes have very good balance of strength variety and her classes schedules are also full of options no matter what kind of crazy life and work pace you have. I am lucky to find this place.
Visiting from out of state and had a great class. Traci checked on me several times during the class, was very friendly, and hosted a KICKASS workout. Thank you!
