Awesome workout in a beautiful studio! Nora was my instructor for the first class I took at the Livingston location and she was phenomenal. She was genuinely attentive to everyone's needs (without being overbearing or robotic with encouragements) and offered gentle corrections when needed. B3 is different from the other barre classes I have taken. It's a slower pace while focusing on core muscle groups. I found it to be a much more intense workout. I would definitely recommend taking classes here! I know I will be returning.
