Pilates and More

It is alarming how good this is for me. It is largely related to the the owner and other teachers who believe in their role. I am a nurse and I am Grateful for THEIR work!

There are trainers and instructors, and then there are those with truly deep knowledge, those who instruct the instructors. Valeria Baretto was a healer and educator for me in more ways than one. Aside from curing -- with much work and sweat (though no blood or tears) -- the chronic back pain that had fully intruded into my daily life, she gradually demonstrated the great divide between the limits of standard-course physical therapy and the degree to which the body's resilience can be harnessed through a deeper, more dynamic understanding. (If you're a 'guy', as I'm said to be, don't be fooled or put off by the springs and large colored balls in the window -- that cost me several months before I walked in the door.)

I've been a member of many other studios... but this is by far the BEST!!!! Excelent instructors, clean establishment and a warm atmosphere!!! Valeria (the owner) is an amazing human being !!❤ufe0f
