Jamie’s studio is a safe and secure space like I’ve never experienced before. I’ve compared her program to numerous other YTT programs and no other training felt as authentic or as well rounded as Jamie’s. The training went deeper than simply learning how to teach yoga... the training changed my life. From my individual practice, to teaching, to my confidence and presentation of my self.nnI cannot thank Jamie enough for the outpouring love and support, for her ability to make you feel safe, secure and supported, to help guide me closer to inner peace and find stillness in the shakiness called life.nnThe love, support and guidance does not stop there, I know I can continue to go to Jamie or her studio for any question or concern I ever have.
