Domino's Pizza

Ordered and paid for food 2 hours ago and it never showed up. They don’t answer the phone so I can’t even get an update on my order. That’s some great service for someone who orders pretty frequently!

Got a free pizza, which they messed up so I had to wait another ten minutes. The next pizza was cooked super well done, sliced so half was big slices and the other half(plain for my son) had super small slices. Not to mention I wasn't even acknowledged for about 5 minutes when I walked in the building and stood at the counter staring at the workers... Finally somebody asked me if I needed help which obviously I did or else why would I walk into a Domino's. I thought at least they would give me the extra pie they messed up but no. I don't know why I keep going back there oh yeah it was just because of the free pizza which looking back wasn't even worth the experience. didn't you guys come out with an improved pizza or something? not the one I got. Boo on domino's.

This dominos is so unreliable and unprofessional. I ordered a pizza around 715 and got it at 11PM!!! I kept calling for an update. No answer. Eventually I called again to just cancel around 10pm, on hold for about 15 minutes and someone answers saying the driver left and I said okay what took so long? And he said they had no drivers and were scrambling to get one from other dominos locations. I said I just wanna cancel it since it’ll end up being cold and he said “trust me it will be fresh” and should be there in 5 minutes. That call was at 10pm I got the pizza at 11pm. Horrible horrible service, never ordering there again. The food was so so cold.

The order takes over an hour every time and then trying to call you sit on hold for almost 30minutes. When the food actually arrives its usually cold or the cheese is a mess. Plus sometimes it definitely looks like the pizza was dropped.
