I have been using CVS for years, in multiple cities and towns. The two times i had to visit this location, i happened to have questions and requested a manager. On both occasions i was met with a staff member who was seemingly stressed and comfortable letting me know there current disposition.nOnly one of the occurrences, were they able to answer my questions.nThis is a first. CVS is usually great with customer service.
Pharmacy is on point. And treats me well
This place is a joke! CONSTANTLY screwing up my scripts and they are so rude over there..i just called to see if their mistake was fixed and besides blaming my doctor again for the mistake, the girl SCREAMED in my ear 3 times.!! Rude rude rude!! How can a place like this stay open when every single review says the same thing? I will be switching pharmacies ASAP!!
Pharmacy was rude when checking out will not be using them again
When it comes to prescriptions, the rudest staff and don't have a.clue how auto-refills are done.nTransferred over to Rite-Aid were you are greeted with a smile and texted when you auto refills are ready.
