This is an amazing gym, great equipment, most of the time clean, most of the staff are very nice. However, there’s this girl who always comes in late. Gym is suppose to open at 7 o’clock. This girl today came in almost at 7:15, is not the first time she does this, there’s been plenty of times she’s been late and instead of being like ‘ apologies for the delay’ or something she has an attitude like she’s doing a favor by opening the gym. I tried to talk with the manager but he was too busy to get back to me. It’s not funny to wait in the cold (-9) this morning, for gym to be opened when it should’ve been already. Some people are very tight in schedule so they should be aware of it.

Expensive $80 month to month ... old machines !!.. they didn’t renovate any equipment.. no good service and expensive

Great gym has all the machines needed.

Horrible customer service by Manager Travis.nI have been a member over a year and have fulfilled my commitment so I called to cancelled my account but I was told to come into the location. I went in and signed the cancellation form but 4 days later I was charged again. I was told by two gym representative that I will not charged again once I sign the cancellation form. When I called to ask for manager, Travis was non empathetic and just said “It’s in your contract so what ever his employees said doesn’t matter”. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Stay away!

Clean , good equipment and not too crowded.. price is fair
