I cannot believe how unprofessional their staff is, when it comes to Covid19. There is a lady wearing a clear miniature shield (from her chin up) that doesn't even reach her nose and in the front desk they wear a mask with their nose exposed.nThey should think how that makes their clients feel...which is very uncomfortable.

The gym is open again and is adhering to NJ guidelines. Masks are mandatory as well as a temperature check at the door. There is also a form to sign asking 3 questions about Covid-19. The staff has been informative and welcoming. I haven't waited to go in as of yet, but I would recommend calling ahead to see if the gym is at capacity if you choose a peak time to go. Overall the gym is cleaner than ever and there are plenty of sanitizer spray and hand sanitizer dispensers throughout the gym

The worst customer service ever. I regret going to this gym. I moved out of New Jersey it has been a year now. I have been calling their front desk for a year to help menCancel my subscription and nobody EVER picks up the phone. I can see the ABC retrofitness charging me the monthly fees and the yearly payments on my credit card. When I asked them to cancel my subscription they are saying you have tonContact the club. How am I suppose to cancel the subscription from a different state , when nobody picks up the phone or responds back to your email????

This retro gym is nice with good equipment and machines, friendly staff and great membership options. So far so good with the new ownership. Great job running this retro gym. ud83dudc4dud83dudc4d

Miguel is the best front desk employee!! Excellent customer service. I come here basically for machines which is great! Bathrooms are a little creepy but there is a guy that cleans around all day! Sanitizers and masks and spacing are implemented which is perfect!
