I went in, in person to cancel. And I find they've billed me over $50 2 months later in fees.nnIf you cancel here is the process: You cannot cancel over the phone or via email. You must go in person. There you will sign a digital form saying that you're canceled. But wait, there's more.nnThey don't tell you that the real cancellation is via email that they send to you AFTER your in person cancellation. Sneaky... but I caught it the same day, and I responded.nnTwo months later I noticed they've billed me continuously since. I call up and they tell me that I did come in to cancel in person, but i never responded to the email. I forwarded the email back to them saying here's proof I did, also why does it even matter?nnIt's shady business practice. Honestly my time during my membership was great. Clean place overall. But we all eventually cancel memberships, and I know someday I'm likely to join a gym again, and I would have joined PF again, but this process to cancel is really shady business practice. I'm an advocate against PF gym memberships and I endorse supporting local chains from now on.

it is amazing. ive been warching what i eat and coming everyday and ive lost 8 pounds in 5 days so far. 10/10 recommendation the staff is very polite and the people will help you if needed

Did you get COVID yet? Well this gym will definitely let you get it! None of the equipment is wiped down after each use. Customers just get off the Machines without wiping it down!! I’ve witnessed more than three customers do so. Employees are just fixated at the customer service desk and aren’t walking around cleaning. If they did do cleaning it’ll just be the first roll of equipment and stop. It’ll also be very informative for employees to told customers to wipe down the equipment before and after each use while doing the well visit survey. We all think that common sense is common but it’s not, especially with everything going on. Other than that it is a great gym but I wouldn’t go back due to the above.

Today I called to cancel my membership and spoke to an associate as well as a manager, however, both was very strict about having me come in or send in a certified mail to cancel the membership. Imagine having to go to the store or send certified mail for subscription to Amazon or cable or whatever... I understand you are trying to minimize your retention during the crisis by incorporating this barbaric way of cancelling membership, but it seems you are doing very little to accommodate when it's hard for everyone, and wish I would've known how little you care before I signed up before the COVID days. I guess the management does not want your business back when things settle down. Thanks going out of your way to make our lives a little more complicated.

It is a shame such a great place is so poor because the employees are more worried about texting and eating than to help customers! Bottom line great place gone bad quick, better off to drive the distance to Edwardsville location. Edwardsville is larger,more area and equipment, TOP NOTCH employees at Edwardsville.
