I am sorry that I joined that horrible gym. How could the management charge their members for sanitizing their place. You can hardly see a smile on the employees face. Now, I am sure that all 5 star this place is getting were and are written by the management relatives and friends. I had to give it one star for my review to be posted otherwise this place deserves a zero rating.nI left after one week of joining to go to another place when I can feel safe health-wise.

Access of equipment is great. The facility is clean and has good covid safety measures in place. Members are respectful and aware of others. The staff is available and extremely accommodating and welcoming. Kristina set my membership up when i started and she still greets me and helps with questions or concerns during my visit. I look forward to my workouts each day.

Sadly to say I use to love this gym but now I give it a star I go early morning to avoid crowds. It was great but now you have the whole basketball team going early it’s a small gym, no social distancing and their teenage boys that don’t believe in wiping off The machines after use, and the coaches should tell them to wipe it down... I am very disappointed, a lot of elderly come here and god forbid something happens cause someone didn’t wipe it down and it was full capacity and the CRAZY thing you told me you had to raise my monthly payments to $30 a month to keep the gym safe and clean cause the products are pricey, soooooo where the staff ??? there was nobody there.... It’s terrible. The gym is TOO small to have 30 teenage boys using machines and not wipe it down.

I’ve been a member of this gym for well over 3 years now and I have nothing bad to say. Staff is always friendly and professional. Equipment and facility is clean and up to date. A+! Join and see for yourself !

I have been a member since 2014 and have had a great experience at Club Metro. The staff is friendly and courteous, equipment is in good condition and modern (virtual active on treadmills), locker room is clean, complementary lock box available for personal belongings, and club music is pleasant to work out too. The gym has a welcoming atmosphere and is not very crowded. Great overall gym to be a member off.
