I’d like to start by saying the people here are very kind. I used to go to the one in Pheasant Lane all the time and I ordered the same thing every time I went and it was phenomenal. I started working at the Rockingham mall and thought I’d have a similar experience. The food is always ready on time when I order for my short 30 minute break ahead of time on the app. The issue is that it seldomly comes correct when I order when it’s busier. Today I ordered and it came wrong. The associate told me I could keep the wrong one or toss it. So I tossed it away seeing they were making a whole new order. I bring back the food that’s correctly made with my 5 minutes left on break to quickly eat and it’s wrong, and doesn’t have the side of fries this time. I am giving up trying to order from this location. Bummer because charley’s was my favorite place to go! :(

The food was pretty good. We were walking by when we were offered a sample of a teriyaki chicken sub. We stepped right up into line but so did everyone else. So the wait was a bit long and there was a little bit of confusion with the staff when they got busy but the end result of the food was good!

Nice food court mall option. Think Subway for Philly style cheese steaks.nnYou're asked what you want on the sandwich just like how they do at Subway. I could not see the ingredients so I'm not sure what kind of toppings are options.nnIt was my first time at this chain so I really didn't know how to order. I was up sold an ice tea which I didn't want (it's a $1 extra btw) despite my confusion, the staff was friendly and helpful.nnNewly opened as of this review the food was made to order and service was quick.
