This is hard review to write because we really like Granfanally’s food. However tonight we ordered a large pizza to go. When we got home, we found our large pizza once again stuffed in a medium pizza box, with a charred hair tie baked on the edge of it. We got over the folding/ stuffing of large pizzas in a medium boxes months ago... and I’m not one get mad at mistakes, but charred fabric and rubber on a $21+ pizza warranted a phone call. We called and politely let the restaurant know what we found, and they said to bring it back and they’d make us a new one. We drove back, pizza was ready when we got there but the older man behind the counter shrugged it off, made us feel like it wasn’t a big deal, and told us it was charcoal and not a baked Hair tie.... last time I checked, charcoal doesn’t look like a nearly perfect circle. It makes us sad because we really do love the food. Just wish the take out service took enough care to make sure non food items were not cooked with the food or at least take it out of the box before sending it off... or even just own up to simple mistake. Would have made a huge difference.

This is like a hyped up pizza joint. You seat yourself then go up to the counter to order your food. The bartender who took our order was very nice. Everyone else..not very friendly. (yes, I ordered in the wrong place.)nnThe people preparing the food do not wear gloves. I didn't realize that until I had to ask for a fork and a plate for my appetizer. The food was just ok.nnI think maybe the locals enjoy it.

I'll probably give it another try. The pizza was good and you can't find Sicilian style just anywhere. We waited for a very long time for one pizza. A large party that came in after us had their food before us and someone from the kitchen, presumably the owner or manager, spent a lot of time at their table... Wasn't the best first impression.

Got pulled pork sandwich which was very tasty!! Unfortunately lunch menu seemed limited. Able to eat outside at a picnic table on a nice day. Beer was cold, would like to try again for dinner and definitely try their pizza next time. I do agree with some other reviews that staff seemed detached from patrons. Perhaps a more welcoming environment would improve the great food experience.

The Buffalo chicken pizza here is one of the best I've had anywhere. All their pizza's are great. I've had most things on the menu, but it is the pizza that keeps me coming back.
