Outside of Atty Testa’s professionalism and demeanor, he was such a “nice guy”. Very genuine, listened intently, paid attention, made me feel comfortable when i couldn’t recall dates and events ( partly because of my condition).nHe was never pompous or dismissive.. He Truly knew Law in the capacity that I needed it! I noticed that when we attended a hearing, his first priority was to ensure that I fully understood everything that would transpire, occasionally laughing or smiling to make light (in a kind way), of a silly thing that was making me nervous, or that I didn’t fully understand. Everyone in the Federal part of the bldg we were in seemed to know and like him. He ALWAYS called when he said he would, updated me, asked me questions; by phone if necessary, as he was working on my case. I never felt “out of the loop”, or anxious and nervous about things; yet he always knew the WHAT and WHEN and the pertinent facts. And everything underlying in between.... because he truly CARED. He stays up late at nite, if theres something he thinks he missed. I admire his thorough, yet tenacious, and well presented arguments. He’s a WINNER!! He won my case when others dismissed even considering it. I feel very grateful that he was referred to me!

I highly recommend working with Attorney Bainbridge Testa, he is knowledgeable and takes the time to help you understand your case and your options.
