I had ordered one of the coupons - large 2 topping and cheesy bread sticks. Bread sticks were amazing as always, but my large pizza had xtra cheese and pepperoni as the 2 toppings and I got “less” cheese rather than xtra. Disappointment, only because I got a one topping pizza for the charge of a two. It’s not the first time it’s happened. But I got delivery, not like we can say no I wanted extra cheese and send it back.
My orders have been fresh and ready every time. I’d give them an 8/10 on the accuracy of my orders. I only order through the dominos app and use in store pick up.
Worst Dominos in southern NH, if you have a choice go to a different one. I gave them another try and they pizza was burnt. I’ll be going to Londonderry for any Dominos in the future
I will never go back again . There customer service is a disgrace. I was told that they don't extend customer courtesy like that. His name was Michael and he should be fired. I work customer service and I would never. Anyway I will be pursuing this matter with corporate. And his boss. I gave them to because of the nice lady that waited on me at first
This Dominos was on my black list for a while. They couldn’t get out of their own way. Much better quality food and accuracy as of late.
