I have never had such a nice experience in paying off a bad debt and today was my last payment. Joseph Carmody(hope that is right) was so professional , and understanding, I actually looked forward to calling him every month to pay off this account. Honestly I have a few debts to be paid and if they were all like this gentlemen, I think people would be less hesitant to pay their debts.. Kindness gets you everywhere. When calling the Schreiber Law form to resolve a personal matter, I was greeted by Belinda and had the pleasure of getting to know her and work with her, as well as her coworker Jason. They made sure they were in communication with me at all times, working with me and reminding me when they would and would not be In the office and we’re very patient with me and all of my questions making me feel valued. They have treated me with kindness some people can only find when talking to family members. When calling if you ask to speak to either of them I can guarantee a peasant experience and all of your questions answered!

Belinda was fantastic! She was efficient, thoughtful, extremely informative, and quickly resolved my issue. She clearly explained to me what steps I should take after resolving my account to insure update to credit agency, and provided me contact info for any follow up issues. I was worried about the interaction prior to calling, but was pleasantly suprised by the excellent experience!

First and foremost, most people dread calling or working with debt collectors. I was that person, until the person on the other end of the line was the most pleasant, wonderful person, with such a friendly voice, and was so helpful and just put me at ease. This wonderful person is Belinda Bensik.. And I thank you from the bottom of my heart Belinda for always answering my questions, and always being patient with me. You got me through this whole ordeal and I always hung up with a smile on my face. You are definitely an asset at this law firm. ❤ufe0f
