Online orders have led to tiny portions.nnDue to the pandemic you must order your food to go from this location. I've ordered to go from here several times and can say with certainty that they make the burritos discouragingly small now that they don't have to make them in front of the customer. My last burrito wasn't even round, it was more like a flat, deflated rectangle, despite the fact that I ordered it with double chicken, rice, beans, and several fixings.nnThere is a new location in Portsmouth that does a much better job with portion size. I'll be going out of my way to go there from now on so I get my money's worth.
I just recently went there today with a friend and picked up a online order. The first girl who made mine was super nice but the second girl was absolutely so rude, we grab the bags that were out in the open not knowing we couldn’t and she said “ just so you know we are in a pandemic and we said okay sorry she then proceeded to grab my friends burrito walk around her counter and came up to us and like threw it at my friend.
Ordered through the app because inside was closed. That's fine. What's not fine is the fact my order was completely wrong and I had to go back to pick up missing items. Asked for extra rice and hot sauce, nothing. Didn't get my cheese, but they ensured I got extra beans which I didn't ask for. How do I know this order was mine? Because the label on it. Worst experience ever. I understand bad days can happen, but really??
Absolutely incredibly rude staff who know nothing about customer service. Manager lied on phone about not being the manager and food wait is always 20+ minutes
