I was in this gas station today 1/3/18 at approx. 8.55pm and I tried hitting the help button and no reply. I then tried again no reply. I went into the gas station and asked why didn't you reply to my help request, the clerk, john, said in a rude way I had a line. So i pumped my gas when i finally figured out they only had 87 octane. You figure john would just say we are out of 89 and 93 sorry. Instead john wasted my time, so now i want john and the management of speedway in salem NH to know i will be down after the storm with my sign that reads BOYCOTT SPEEDWAY GAS, ASK ME WHY. I guess the the mamagement never taught john about customer service satisfaction.

Wish they'd update their debit card security code master so a 7 digit pin could be used at their store. Mention everytime but workers have no clue what I'm talking about. Very annoying plus the BOA Atm machine never works as well making trip here useless.
A while ago this place was a Hess. It was okay, but not the greatest. Now, as a speedway, not only has it gone downhill, but it is clearly run by people who are more greedy.nnTire air used to be free, now they want $1.25 to turn the pump on. They also, somehow, took the gross gas station food at hess and made it worse. How does one make gas station food worse? I don't know, but speedway figured it out.nnSpeedway: Like Hess, except worse and more expensive.
