Nice store, friendly staff, cool products. Prices are pretty high though.
You're better off ordering online or driving to Canada if you're living in NH and enjoy lush products. Even prior to covid the stores in NH are never fully stocked and have inconsistent hours. The staff is great but if you are coming from the seacoast or lakes region go to Portland or Canada for a better shot at having the products you want.
I come in to the store weekly with someone to browse, rarely purchase anything, and Felix is always incredibly kind, engaging, and welcoming! This is one of my favorite stores to go into in the mall as the atmosphere is awesome, the products smell great and are aesthetically pleasing, and the staff is always super friendly! Thank you for being such great employees and making the individual I come in with so happy!
I already was giving this store a bad rating just from when I walked in and none of the staff greeted neither myself nor my mom. Then as we're browsing around, none of the staff bothered to see if we need any help. I'm not one to pull the race card, I just find it funny how an entire white staff doesn't even have the basic tools for customer service. What made it worse a white couple came into the store and one of the staff ran right up to them and started helping them.
Love the store. Has a lot of bath products, hair, and natural makeup. Store smells good too.
