Had a check engine light come on in my Nissan Rogue... Called Patriot Nissan and talked with Mike! He was was super helpful and super knowledgeable! He gave me a reasonable time frame to bring my car in! About 3 hours after I dropped it off he called with the diagnosis. He told me it should be ready by the end of the night... it was! I got my car back and it drives amazing! Thank you to everyone at Patriot Nissan!

I highly recommend Patriot Nissan. Purchasing my new car there was the most smooth purchase of a vehicle that I have ever experienced. They have safety measures for Covid in place, all the while keeping their welcoming and friendly atmosphere. My sales associate, Josh, was fantastic to work with. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He provided information about the features of the car and made me feel comfortable to take a test drive to get a feel for the car. I will definitely tell my friends and family to go see Josh at Patriot Nissan when they are ready for a new vehicle!nThe red carpet celebration with a confetti cannon was a super fun final touch, too!

Worst Experience EVER. Made an appointment to test drive a vehicle. Specifically asked if the vehicle was there, which they told me it was. Went to said appointment, no vehicle. To top it off, it took over 15 minutes just to be acknowledged. Then stood around another 10 minutes waiting, only to go to sales office to ask if the vehicle was there, and was told it was not. No apologies, no nothing. I would not recommend this dealership if it was the last one around. Extremely disappointed.

Friendly and helpful service from Ahmed. Exceptional effort from Matt to put me in the car I wanted for the best deal. Over and above customer service from Brianna. Very happy with my experience from the time I entered the building to the time I drove away in my new Murano!
