The company Website is wildly inaccurate about what stock is actually in the store. Way too crowded. The two staffers I spoke with were fairly clueless (but typical for a low-paying retail job).
Grouchy employees once you could find one...store very over crowed with merchandise, blocking door that employees have to keep going in while you try to look for what you want and the size.everytime you were at that rack someone asked you to move, no politeness to customers at all.
The store was fine, but the clothing selection always seems to be more of the same. The staff were around, but didn't seem to care too much about trying to help if needed.
I am a huge Old Navy fan, and can't get enough of their awesome deals. They are one of the best places for kid's clothing, especially for sales and deals. The employees are awesome at every store I've been to. The store itself is also kid friendly.
The Newington location has so much clearance if your up for the hunt. Had a return and needed a refund for something that scanned in without the sale price and the employees are great about helping out. The system automatically re-credits the card I used (it's a peeve of mine to have to get my card back out). Love this store!
