The worker in her mid 30s with dark hair and drawn on eyebrows was EXTREMELY rude. My friend and I went to the dressing rooms and she came and yelled at us because they were suppose to let us. We were the only ones in the store and the workers watched us go in, didnt come to ask if we need help, and the doors were unlcoked and there was no sign saying we need to ask for a fitting room. When we left, all the workers stared at us and no one greeted us on the way out, or the way in. Very dissatified with her attitude when we were being compliant (we apologized when we realed we were suppose to ask to get a room)

Remember when this store was also a surf shop. Now it's just cheap fast fashion that is overpriced. And rude employee's to go with it. This store is why brick and mortar is dying.

Myself and two of my friends went into Pacsun at the Foxrun Mall today. We were initially interrogated on whether or not we needed help, by a woman with black hair, drawn on eyebrows, and black clothes. She was clearly suspicious from the get go, even though we were respectful and empty handed. I picked up a necklace to check the price, put it back, for some clothes and asked for a dressing room where she then interrogated me on where the necklace went and proceeded to check all of the pockets of the clothes I wanted to try on, then snapped at me on how many items I could bring in. When I went to check out she threw my clothes in a bag, unfolded and had called the security guard on us for no reason. When our transaction was finished all we got was an eye roll and the security guard following us out. It was an awful and uncomfortable experience and we are very displeased with the way we were treated. I would give zero stars if I could.

pacsun is a great place even if it’s overpriced and the sizes run smaller, it fits my expectations. also if you don’t know what the store is then you will probably be disappointed. the clothes are super cute, trendy and fashionable. i love pacsun! ps they sell brandy Melville too! ud83dudc4c
