Clothing is cheaply made and most of the shirts I've bought over the years didn't last more than a few washes. Lots get holes in the seams and a few have gotten holes in the fabric just from going through the wash, with following the directions on the tag. Three stars because I love their jewelry, just won't buy clothing here ever again.

The manager I dealt with here was extremely rude on multiple occasions! I LOVE Francesca’s so I am so sad that they have a person with such terrible customer service working here. I’ll drive the distance just to go to a different location to avoid having to deal with her. Completely disappointed.
Excellent customer service. I was looking for a particular size in the boots they carried and they were really helpful in helping me locate where to find the size I needed when it was clear they didn't carry my size. This will be the location I go to from now on.
