SEPHORA inside JCPenney

Sephora prices & make up with JCPenny customer service. Lady was extremely rude, wouldn’t allow me to look at SEALED make up for their color (like your going to buy foundation for over $40 without knowing if it’s going to match your skin tone) Followed me around as if I was a low life thief & not a high point earning customer and tried to make a big deal that while I was shopping my 1 y/o son went by the door with a display product as if he was trying to steal it.nLong story short to get a bigger selection and better customer service your better off going into the actual store deeper into the mall or traveling to a different location.

I just went last night and was very impressed on the selection and customer service. I wish I remembered her name ...she was so helpful and was a walking advertisement on beautiful make up. I will be back!

This is my first time going to a Sephora and we didn’t know we weren’t supposed to do our makeup in the buyer mirrors and The lady who is at the counter called us lazy and said we can’t sit there I forgot get her name but I believe her name was Chelsea. But she had reddish orange haired & Was around 5’4. This was at around 8:30. She also told us that we were not allowed to test the foundations that said try me.

I ordered a gift for my wife get to the End where it thanks you for your Order, Thinking cool one thing of the list and it was half off! But come to find out there servers and system was so backed up it never processed my order!! No biggie I call customer service and the guy first says they won’t match the price, I was a little aggravated but no biggie.. Then he blamed me... you guys are several days behind on your orders and you claimed it was my fault. My wife or I will never buy from this business again. Thanks for nothing.
