Very professional and patient with costumers.
Quick and courteous. Chris was awesome with the customer service he provided, keeping me updated on the repairs and the timing of my service throughout the day. I talked shop with the mechanic who serviced my vehicle as well and he was really friendly and gave me his two cents on my vehicles condition. It was great to speak to the person who actually did the work and gain insight from his hands on experience. Everyone here was really great and they got me in and out in a day. Prices were, well it’s a dealership, it’s usually more expensive than your local mechanic but they’re experts in all things VW so you get what you pay for. Thanks y’all.
These folks are great I've used them for my regular service as well as for recalls. I didn't have any ride home on the last recall fixed and it was going to be 4-5 hours because they had to let the transmission cool off. They put several fans on it and really did everything they could to get it done faster I'm totally pleased with Seacoast Volkswagen and would recommend their service department to anyone. Chris Schulte is awesome to work with.
Seacoast Volkswagen did an 80,000 mile service on my vehicle today and uncovered some additional issues I did not know existed. I appreciated getting a text with video from the mechanic that outlined the work needed. In addition the service representative worked very well with me and made sure these additional repairs were covered with my CPO warranty. I left with the feeling they were honest and had my best interest in mind. I would return without hesitation for additional work.
