My visit to Somatic Health & Healing was very beneficial. Sharon was so warm and patient with me as I learned the somatic movements. It took me about an hour. I continue to do the movements at home, which only take a few minutes a day. I was having some hip trouble and the pain has gone away. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for holistic healing and as an alternative to traditional medicine.
I have known Sharon for several years. She attended the Biosomatics classes that I taught in New Hampshire and would highly recommended her as a resource and means of coaching anyone in engaging their health.
