My husband and I purchased 2 vehicles from Jeremy in October 2020. He exhibited stellar customer service, professionalism, and knowledge regarding the vehicles on the lot. Our sales relationship started with my online inquiry and he seamlessly transitioned to an introductory phone call and subsequent text messaging. I was terribly anxious to buy a new car but Jeremy made it a smooth, enjoyable process.nnI am also thoroughly impressed with the business manager, Kevin. I was worried about my credit and he worked his magic to give me the best financing and service possible. Further, he worked some special magic on my husband's financing who has less than desirable credit.nnI would also like to shout out the service department who I have been visiting with my previous Subaru for 5 years. Milford Subaru has been knowledgeable and professional. Charlie Foster has been the salesman I have dealt with for years . He has just sold me my third Subaru. Very helpful in making sure all my requests were met and making the transition of the whole buying process easy .

The staff at Milford Subaru is top notch and treated me with the upmost respect. I was able to walk in and close the deal on a brand new Subaru within a half an hour. They are very knowledgeable, respectful, and take the time to hear your needs. Also, there is no high pressure sales at this place which can be very uncomfortable for consumers.I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to escape the tyranny in Massachusetts.

My wife and I went to Milford Subaru looking for new cars. Typically I think of walking into a car dealer like going into battle. That was not necessary at Milford Subaru. The salesman we dealt with, Jeremy McKenna, was friendly and not at all pushy. I found my car right away but my wife wanted to test drive a few to see what she liked. They were patient and accommodating. We had a little bit of rush because of appointments in the afternoon and they were able to get us processed quickly enough to get to our errands. At the end of the day my wife and I both left with new cars for great prices and really no hassle. We will go gladly go back to Milford for our next cars. Jeremy was great!
