Food is hot and fresh and very good. Customer service is not very good. My recipe didn't print. I said could you reprint.? Cashier didn't seam to know what to say?? Another employee walks over, and i said can You reprint recipe? He said the printer goes off line. We can't fix it? Iam like what! He went out back and printed a recipe. There is something wrong with that computer/ printer and needs to be addressed,,, Asap!

I’ve been going to this particular place for quite sometime now and lately the service has become exceptionally poor, in fact tonight I’ve decided I’m done with this particular establishment PERIOD! I not only waited about fifteen minutes for my food because someone set it down and forgot about it, or they forgot about me, anyways, when I finally said something they rushed my order out to me, the same cold meal that was left on the counter for a while already, they didn’t have any problems talking my 12 bucks for the meal when I ordered it,,,,, you’d think I could’ve gotten warm food for that price

I went here tonight and I order a Big Mac with only bacon and Mayo. We went through the drive thru and they messed it up. I went in to ask to have it remade correctly. When they remade it they remade it wrong. It took 2 times for it to be made right. They gave me a free coupon for a hash brown or a ice cream. But most likely there machine will be broken. EDIT so just today a week later we went back and this time we asked for a burger with only bacon and lettuce and they literally gave him a pair of buns

Can't believe a fast food restaurant somehow ended up being the same price as sit down restaurant and the food is half as good when compared. Staff was friendly and accurate only reason I'm giving it 3 stars.
