One of the top campsites in NH. Right by the lost river tourist caves. Do yourself a favor and get a site along the river. It's amazing. The camp store sells fire wood and starters as well as other stuff.

This was one of our favorite stops in our little teardrop camper! We were able to back right up to the brook. Great fire ring and picnic table to enjoy the foliage and the running brook water. The people that run Lost River Valley Campground are extremely nice people! Their grounds people do an amazing job keeping everything clean. Even Leaf blowing to keep the sites open. We're going to give this a 5 star rating for stays in our new little camper. Hope to come back again on our next trip through! Thank you!!

One of my favorite campgrounds! The sites are fantastic and always clean. The staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable/helpful about the area. I also really appreciate that, unlike too many of the campgrounds I've stayed at, this one is actually quiet during quiet hours - not sure if that is because of enforcement or just the people that like to camp there. It's really clear that the owners and staff are invested in the quality of your stay and the experience of their guests. Highly recommend.

Honestly, I am surprised at some of the negative reviews. Our family had a great time. From the start, check-in was quick and easy. We had a tent site and the site was big enough for our 10 person tent with plenty of room to relax by the fire or at the picnic table, and for a very reasonable price. Bathrooms and showers were very clean our whole stay. Everyone around us was very respectful about the 10pm quiet hour, which was nice since we have young child. The store has everything you could need, which was very convenient since we forgot our plastic silverware. Our family will definitely be back!

Decided to stay here when our vacation to Montana fell through because of Covid. One of the best campgrounds I've stayed at. Lisa, and her husband, the owners were so accommodating to us. Went out of their way to give us the BEST site (the Golden Site, 94) they had for our last night. It was so beautiful that we ended up just relaxing at our site for the day, not waiting to leave and just take it all in. It was right on the river. We could hear the rushing water, a great thing to fall asleep and wake up to. Sites are spacious and kept very clean. Love that they patrol the grounds to make sure people are safe and following rules so everyone can have a great time. I would recommend this campground hands down! It's clean, well managed, super friendly staff, owners are awesome and go the extra mile for their guests! Planning another trip back up there.nThank you Lisa, and all the wonderful staff at Lost River Campground. Even though we didn't make it to Montana, you made it a memorable experience we won't forget.
