Kathleen is a superlative lawyer; equal parts competent and compassionate. Additionally she was extremely effective with her time and communications, and actually billed significantly less than I anticipated. Definitely choose her!

My experiences with Attorney O’donnell have been amazing from beginning to end. She was attentive and compassionate for all my legal needs and incredibly easy to work with an exceptional attention to detail. I began my divorce case feeling very vulnerable. However once Kathy was by my side and I saw/heard her in action standing up for me I knew I was in good hands. I recommend Kathy as a mediator or to represent you personally through a divorce. Follow her lead, listen to what she says and you can’t go wrong. I’ll always be appreciative of her hard work on my behalf.

Kathy was absolutely amazing throughout my divorce process as our mediator. She helped me understand the divorce laws in NH so I could easily navigate through the process with little to no issues. Our family used the services of Attorney Kathleen O'Donnell during the course of 2016 and 2017 for a heated guardianship case that began as mediation and wound up prepped all the way to Supreme Court filings. She was thorough, professional, accessible, but most of all compassionate. She took on our case as I feel she would have done for her own family.
